Introvert Quote of the Week: May 4

Marta Bevacqua

Do you ever wish the world understood what it means to be an introvert — and honored it? Author Sophia Dembling knows how you feel:

A person who is constantly trying to push you into things you don’t want to do may have trouble respecting boundaries. This is certainly not an issue for introverts alone, but since many of us have heard for so long that our introversion is wrong, we may be trained to question and perhaps dismiss our own preferences, leading us to believe what others tell us we should and should not enjoy. Just remember that nobody knows you better than you.
