Introverts and highly sensitive people, why you should never apologize for who you are:

Fellow introverts, it’s time for us to stop pretending, it’s time to stop apologizing for who we are. Just because we are capable of presenting an extroverted face to the world doesn’t mean we are required to. It’s up to us. Introversion is not wrong, extroversion is not right — and vice versa. We are who we are and that’s what makes the world interesting.
