Introvert or Extrovert? For Me, It Depends on the Day
As a “social” introvert, I am the proverbial walking contradiction.

After an unfortunate detour managing almost 30 people, I’ve returned to my typewriter (uh, computer) and notepads. I satisfy my need to connect by teaching yoga and Pilates but prefer to spend time in my slippers at home with my husband and shih tzus. And the occasional travel to lands both near and far.
